Returns & Refunds

A comforter is something you can only judge by sleeping under it. If ours is not right for you, our US support team will make the return simple.

30-night trial

Sleep under the Cooling Comforter for up to 30 nights from delivery. If you are not sleeping cooler, contact us and we will refund the product price in full. Opened packaging and a washed comforter are fine — that is the point of a trial.

Size and color exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different colorway? Exchanges within the 30-night window are free — we send the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.

How to start a return

• Email info@jobimessentials.com with your order number and the reason.
• We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the United States is free and takes 3–5 business days. Return shipping on a trial return is covered by us. Express upgrades are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipment required in most cases.
